WHAT ROLE DO YOU SEE SAUDI ARABIA PLAYING IN THE GLOBAL SPORTS COMMUNITY IN THE YEARS AHEAD I think Saudi Arabia is going to play the biggest role in the Middle East, for sure, with sporting events and sports in general in the years ahead. And I also think that Saudi Arabia has the potential to be one of the biggest countries and regions involved in sports in general. I think they will bring something new to the world where you could break this barrier between the two worlds, the Arab world and the Western world. We still haven't seen that be done. I mean, we could say that we're seeing it in Dubai, but we are not seeing local talents come up from Dubai. We are seeing more foreigners in Dubai than when you see Arabs. So Saudi Arabia is very attached to its culture and its roots, and they bring that to the table with every sporting event that they host, or with every event in general that they want to have made for the world. And the good thing about Saudi Arabia as well is that when they host an event, or when they host a sporting event, they do it so they familiarize the world with our people and our country. And then while doing so, they also give the peoplof the Western world and the rest of the world something to watch or something to be comfortable with. So the main focus isn't us, but before they know it, they are already getting to know us better. Saudi Arabia has been demonstrating a grow interest in sports, which focuses as well on hosting major events, major sporting events. Hadley events is actually being as well a tool to inspire many to pick up the sport. When you can see the sport, you have the inspiration to pick it up and practice the sport. Two is they have been investing in sport infrastructure and facilities, which has been growing tremendously, and number three, which is paving the way for future athletes. I think, and I always say this in a lot of, for example, my podcasts or interviews, that mentorships and to have mentorships create idols. And idols are very important to have when you are trying to achieve something that maybe no one has ever achieved or maybe no one in your time is trying to achieve. So you feel like you're doing something that no one is going to help you do. But then when you create mentorships, you have someone or something to lean on. And I think that's one of the most important pillars to success, especially with the new infrastructure that we're bringing to the table. So you're going to have a lot of students that want to graduate and start working in fields that maybe their parents and grandparents had nothing to do with or had no interest in working in. But then when you get a mentor or you have someone that has done something similar or possibly done exactly what you're trying to do, and they don't necessarily need to be from Saudi Arabia they just need to be someone who has been in the field that you are trying to be in. And I mean, that just makes it a lot easier because you are going to have so many doubts and you're going to feel like you are taking risks that are too big. But then when you have a mentor there and you keep reminding yourself that this person has done it, so why can't I? Then slowly this person becomes your idol. And idols are, I think, the most important part too when achieving something so big in the sports and the new infrastructure that we're doing in the country. So, I mean, mentorships are exactly what we need to start achieving more and more and even more importantly, so to start achieving better and better, not necessarily more and more. I'd like to think of it as quality over quantity.
