Tokyo - Shibuya: Shibuya Crossing, visit Hachiko statue right outside the station, you can buy Shibuya Skyx ticket if you want to see an overview of Toyko - Akihabara: Anime shit, Claw machines, Go to a maid cafe in Akihabara for the luls (a little pricey, but it's fun for the memory) - Shinjuku: Kaukicho Night Walking Street, Godzilla, Robot Restaurant Show (18+), free observational view of Tokyo at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - Harajuku: The Meiji Jingu temple near Harajuku is nice is you like nature. It's surrounded by trees and it's a nice little getaway from the busy street. - Asakusa: Sensoji temple in Asakusa has a nice little walking street with the big paper latern (if you watched Fire Force, this is where the OP captain lives) - Odaiba: See the tall Gundam in Diver City Tokyo Plaza Mall (better at night), I think teamlabs and tsukiji fish amrket is also in this area - Minato: Hamarikyu Gardens is a nice lttle park with a lake and teahouse, Shiba Park will give you a nice picture of Tokyo Tower - Ueno: If you're not gonna do the thousand torii gates in Kyoto, Toshogu Shrine in Ueno Park Kyoto - Walk through Arashiyama Bamboo Groves is nice / Arashiyama Monkey Park is also in the area - Hike the stairs at Fushimi Inari Temple (it's on the side of the mountain) - try to catch the sunset at the top - The Kyoto Imperical Palace, Golden Pavillion, Silver Pavillion are also popular if you're not yet tired of seeing temples - Nishiki Food Market - Things close early in Kyoto compared to Tokyo Osaka - See the Gilco Man on Dotonbori - basically a walking street with a bunch food and shops - Osaka Castle Musem is definitely a view - the inside is basically a museum - Food at Shisaibashi-suji Arcade, Kuromon Ichiba MArket, Shinsekai and America-mura - Namba Yasaka Shrine has a giant lion head that's pretty cool
